Background
Hospice Pharmacy Solutions (HPS) is a national hospice-focused pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) located in the DFW area. They have provided ongoing support, education, savings, and efficiency to their clients in the hospice industry since 2000.
After Teleos Marketing acquired HPS as a client, research indicated this high performing company could benefit from greater cohesion and clarity. We believe that change starts within, and we pitched several ideas to HPS to not only help improve their internal culture, but also spotlight their current and potential customers some of the qualities and offerings that differentiate them within the market. One of these qualities is transparency. A widespread issue within the PBM industry and the more broad pharmaceutical industry in the United States is the lack of transparency about pricing which causes feelings of distrust for customers.
Solution
Our solution was Tru360. It is a comprehensive program that highlights HPS’s promise to offer partnership, education, network, efficiency, and compliance to their clients. The “Tru” in the name represents the promise of all-around transparency. The logo and all collateral moving forward had to reflect this idea. The rollout of this program required a logo, sales sheets, landing pages, social media graphics, pop-up banners, and an email marketing campaign. The look was different than anything HPS had done before. It is bright, colorful, illustrative and infographic in nature. Most companies in this industry rely heavily on stock images and tired, old designs. With Tru360, we gave HPS a unique and memorable identity.

It is used to promote monthly webinars, share customer testimonials, promote curated articles, bring awareness to the Tru360 program, and ultimately drive traffic to the website. I have created templates for each type of post to ensure that each post is cohesive, properly branded, and has a quick turn-around.

Infographic Design
HPS provides detailed PDFs of relevant clinical information for download for their customers. In the past, the documents have been created internally using Excel or Word, and typically no pictures or colors were included. This piece is an example of a revised PDF. My role was to take the existing sheet, distill the information, and create a more visually appealing, easy-to-interpret sheet while maintaining all copy from the previous piece. The final version and a similar PDF have been included for download in the last 5 eblasts which reached approximately 600,000 people. Both pieces received great engagement.

My Role
All work shown was executed by me. The Tru360 logo and creative direction was inspired by agency brainstorming and with input from my creative director. I worked directly with the client to design the 5 sales sheets that would go on to inspire the website, social media posts, email campaigns, trade show banners, and more.
